Personal strengths profile

It simply takes 5 minutes for the Visual Implicit Profiler (VIP)® to unlock powerful insights about you. Rooted in the latest neuroscientific research, this innovative tool uses simple graphic symbols to generate a unique profile that helps you understand and unlock your potential.

Mission Team Workshop

The three-hour, avatar-guided yet self-moderated Mission Team workshop uses input from smart devices for instant, engaging displays. Grounded in human behaviour research, it enhances relationships, communication, and team spirit. Two illustrative examples will help you discover how the workshop operates.

Insights & Team Profile

The Team Profile provides valuable insights into your team’s strengths, soft skills and preferred communication methods. It includes suggestions on cultivating further collaboration and promoting the team’s commitment.

What is included in the price of $69.99 per participant

Customer portal

By booking your workshop, you will get access to the customer portal. From there you can easily schedule your workshop(s), send workshop notifications and manage participants as well as the workshop results and insights.

Team Dashboard

This license includes a participant's access to the Visual Implicit Profiler (VIP) to generate a personal Strengths Profile and a seat in 1 to 3 Mission Team workshops.

Strengths profile

To create their personal Strengths Profile participants will get a 6 digit access code.

Workshop Experience

With their Strengths Profile in hand, participants will be able to join their Team’s Workshop. At no additional cost, they can also participate in two additional workshops, for instance, if they are part of project teams or transition to different departments.

* Each team member needs a smart device and internet access. A moderator (no content role) activates tasks and plays videos, following the instructions of the avatar Lynn. If the co-moderator does not participate as a team member in the workshop, no license for him or her is needed.

1. Identify and express my own strengths

A short visual questionnaire of 5 minutes helps all team members to identify and express their own strengths, based on the way they perceive and take decisions.

2. Understand my colleagues’ strengths and accepting their point of view

Learn how each person’s unique strengths contribute to the team’s quality and how diverse, yet equally valid viewpoints arise.

3. Improve relationships and avoid conflicts by respecting individual communication preferences

Big picture or details first? Step-by-step analytical or holistic intuitive approach? Every person has his or her communication preferences. Understanding these and treating them responsibly lays the foundation for successful teamwork.

4. Increase cohesion, efficiency and performance of the team through a personal commitment and involvement of each team member

Mission Team is about the commonly agreed way on how to reach the team’s goal by respecting and valuing the personality and the contribution of each team member.
